When you complete the consultation form on this website, we collect the information you enter: your name, telephone number, email address, preferred contact method, the service you are interested in, your main fitness goal, your training preference and any optional details about your previous experience or your message.

If you contact Jess by WhatsApp, telephone or email instead, we hold only the information contained in that conversation.

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free consultation and discuss coaching options with you. It is not used for automated decision-making.

We do not add you to a marketing list from a website enquiry. If marketing communications are introduced in future, they will be sent only with your separate consent and you will always be able to opt out.

Enquiries submitted through this website are stored in a secure hosted database used to operate the site. Access is restricted to Jess and the technical providers required to run the website. Your information is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of coaching discussions, and are removed when they are no longer required.

Client transformation images are published only with the permission of the person shown. If you have given permission previously and would like an image removed, contact Jess and it will be taken down.
